Skills - Desired:

• Self-starters, motivated, strong communication skills and have the ability to work independently and in small teams.
• Knowledge of XML/XSL would be an asset.
• Familiarity with payment gateways, Cybersource, and Cybercash.
• Leadership and mentoring experience within a development organization
• Ability to multi-task, establish priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Service implementation based on a UNIX environment and Open-Source Tools (PHP3/4/FI)
