• Sophisticated electronic commerce capabilities, credit card transactions, monthly billing processes.
• Web sites that adapt to each user and their interests.
• Linking web activity and other marketing efforts into data marts that can be used to optimize the client's business objectives.
• Remain knowledgeable of Internet technologies, their uses and their readiness for production deployment.
• Develop detailed specifications for evolution of the current service infrastructure and for the introductions of new products into the network.
